📖 About

Furious at Hamilton for endorsing Jefferson and thus losing the campaign for himself, Burr accuses Hamilton of purposely speaking badly of him to the public to interfere with his success through a series of letters. Hamilton, in turn, snarkily lays down his own accusations, saying Burr does not believe in anyone cause unless it is for personal gain, so it was only truthful of him to do so. Enraged, Burr challenges Hamilton to a duel between their matters to settle.
